No chimney, gas line or flue is required. Wall-mounted and freestanding models simply plug into a standard UK 3-pin socket. Recessed models require a simple wall cavity — most customers install them as a DIY weekend project, though a qualified electrician is recommended for hardwired installations.

Our fireplaces use LED flame technology with adjustable colours, brightness and speed. Most models offer multiple flame colour settings so you can match the mood of any room — from a classic orange glow to contemporary blue tones.

Yes. Electric fireplaces stay cool to the touch on the glass front (unlike wood or gas), have no real flame, and include overheat protection with automatic shut-off. Always follow the clearance guidance in the manual.
